  2. Discuss your goals and criteria for a home and review lending options. I can send you several recommendations for lenders.
  3. Create an email search through my Realtor MLS (much more accurate than those other sites!)
  4. Schedule showings at your favorite homes
  5. Write an offer
  6. The home goes under contract. I think you will be surprised at how hands-off it is for you once under contract! I arrange the inspection, attorney, and all paperwork.
  7. Close on your new home!

Professional fee:

  1. Schedule a Seller Consultation
  2. I will view your home and learn about your goals with selling. I will calculate for you what the average buyer will pay for your home and together we will set a listing price.
  3. I schedule and pay for a professional photographer to come out to your home.
  4. I put your home on the market and begin advertising.
  5. Buyers and their Agents will make appointments to view your home and we will receive offers.
  6. The home goes under contract as I arrange paperwork and the buyer prepares for closing.
  7. Close on your home!

Professional fee:

6% of the purchase price

(split between my office and the buyer's agent)
