Market Snapshot October 2016

This fall the prices continue to increase and the number of homes for sale continues to decrease. While I'm seeing more buyers able to find a home faster and with fewer competing offers, the numbers still show that it is a low inventory market. The strong seller market continues, and it's a great opportunity for homeowners to sell quickly.
