The Mid Century Modestly Priced House

This Fixer Upper surprised me by being able to turn a mid century into Jo's rustic style. I thought the 70s style front entry was converted tastefully by changing the wood materials but maintaining the architecture.

Fixer Upper

I loved the lighter color wood beams paired with the stacked stone fireplace.

That desk was perfect, and tastefully done with a simple chalkboad and minimalist shelves.

The natural shiplap was a great contrast to the new white cabinets, and Jo certainly made great use of the space by putting the table in the middle of the kitchen.

Even the kid's rooms were beautiful, with custom made window treatments and scalloped walls!
