Market Snapshot February 2016

The number of homes for sale continues to decrease as sellers are experiencing faster sales. A 6 month supply of homes is considered a healthy market, however, Charlotte currently has 3 months of inventory. Buyers can plan to act quickly when a home they like appears, and sellers are seeing multiple offers on homes that are marketed well and priced right.
