Hi! I’m BethanyI work with buyers and sellers in the greater Charlotte NC and SC area.
While studying at UNC Wilmington, I worked in sales and marketing at a new construction neighborhood, sparking my love for real estate, design, and architecture. I earned my real estate license in college and started selling houses right after graduation.
I’ve been selling real estate in Charlotte for over 10 years now!
Now, I live in a beautiful brick ranch in South Charlotte that I just finished renovating, and you’ll often find me playing volleyball, sipping Not Just Coffee, and taking international solo trips as often as possible.
