The Training

Keller Williams has the best training I have found. Other companies offered me different splits, but I realized that 100% of 0 is still 0, and it was training that I needed to get my business off the ground.

When I first joined my market center I went through a training program called Ignite that was 4 hours a day for 45 days. This equipped me with knowledge about listing appointments, buyer appointments, pricing a home, talking about real estate, advertising yourself and so much more.


The training doesn’t stop after your first sale. My office has multiple training meetings every day that I can sign up for or just drop in, ask a question, and learn from another agent.

I also have a personal coach in the office that keeps me accountable, meets with me multiple times a month and gives me fresh ideas to keep my business going. The value I receive is worth far more than 30% commission split. I’m confident in saying that if I had not joined KW as soon as I got my license, I would have quit in the first 6 months.
