- The home goes under contract. I think you will be surprised at how hands-off it is for you once under contract! I arrange the inspection, attorney, and all paperwork.
- Close on your new home!

- Schedule a Seller Consultation
- I will view your home and learn about your goals with selling. I will calculate for you what the average buyer will pay for your home and together we will set a listing price.
- I schedule and pay for a professional photographer to come out to your home.
- I put your home on the market and begin advertising.
- Buyers and their Agents will make appointments to view your home and we will receive offers.
- The home goes under contract as I arrange paperwork and the buyer prepares for closing.
- Close on your home!
